Benzodioxole-fentanyl is a synthetic opioid analogue of fentanyl containing a benzodioxole (methylenedioxy) ring substitution. It is not well documented in scientific literature, and its potency, pharmacological profile, and safety data are essentially unknown. Like all fentanyl analogues, it carries extreme overdose risk.
