Description

IC-26, also known as Methiodone or WIN 1161-3, is a research chemical from the opioid group. It is an analog of methadone with the carbonyl group replaced by a bioisosteric sulfone group. This structural modification results in a similar mode of action to methadone, but with some differences in efficacy and pharmacological properties.
