Description
Methoxyacetyl-fentanyl is a synthetic opioid and potent fentanyl analogue with a methoxyacetyl group substitution. Like other fentanyl analogues, it carries an extremely high risk of fatal respiratory depression, especially due to its potency and difficulty of accurate dosing. It has been linked to overdose deaths.
